Patchouli Noir is a woody, floral scent created in 2018 by Christian Provenzano for his Perfumers Collection.
Review
This scent is soft and smooth and wearable any time or place, including the office. It maintains its subtleness and its notes balance well, leaving you with a sense of peace and lightness within. It is comparable to Jovoy’s Psychedelique. Try this sample out and let us know what you think!
Inspiration
Patchouli Noir was inspired by the need to have a Patchouli scent that doesn’t fit the stereotypes. Instead of a scent that is sharp and earthy, Patchouli can now live on the skin in a state of light and creamy smoothness.
Notes
Pink Pepper dances with bright Bergamot and sweet Red Fruits, waking your senses. Rose shines bright through a lush floral bouquet and wraps itself around the warmth of Patchouli, followed closely by leathery Labdanum and Labdanum-like Cistus.
Top Notes: Red Fruits, Pink Pepper, Bergamot
Heart Notes: Jasmin Sambac, Turkish Rose, Orris, Osmanthus
Base Notes: Patchouli, Cistus, Labdanum
