Review
This scent is bright and cozy at the same time. Refreshing citrus notes play into a Whipped Citrus Cream Accord that becomes peppered with fresh earth notes and a wispy wood element. It almost leans herbaceous, but not quite. This scent has a sweet side that is reminiscent of spending the night with your partner, later realizing that the smell of them has intertwined with your own, and all you can think about now is being with them again. It has a casual nuance to it, with a slight side of sensuality. It can be worn to the office, as well as any casual or formal occasion. It is suitable for all seasons and will last while remaining mellow and intimate. It has been compared to Viktor & Rolf’s Spicebomb with a creamier essence. Reve Nuit is bright and modern, yet mysterious and seductive at the same time. It translates to “Dream Night” and feels like being wrapped up with your love, your scents mingling together in your cloud of bliss.
Notes
A Whipped Citrus Cream Accord begins this scent on a sweet, yet refreshing, note. Neroli and Bergamot hype up the citrus essence, paired with Cardamom for a touch of zest. Jasmine and Freesia play well off of the sweeter element, while Blue Cypress and Rosemary add a refreshing earthy element. The base of this scent brings in the warmth with Cedarwood, Vetiver, and Labdanum, keeping the sweetness mellowed. A touch of Vanilla at the end makes sure to keep this sweetness alive within the warmth.
