Review
Sweet Indian Sandalwood is the star of the show, lifted and strengthened by Oud. This scent stays warm and works perfect for cold afternoons and casual evenings, though it can be worn any time, place, or season. It is safe for the office if applied sparingly. It is comparable to Christian Provenzano Santal Indien and Amouage Dia Woman.
Inspiration
Rigas Attar takes inspiration from the desire to bring a touch of the East to the Western world with one of the world’s oldest forms of fragrance, using the richest and most pure oils.
Rigas is a Greek and Latin word (Regas) meaning “King”.
Notes
Oud has a slight moment where its resinous quality comes out to play, but then quickly simmers down. Sweet Indian Sandalwood brings in its creamy quality and the two woods come together in a perfect harmony.
