Sunshine Man is an earthy, aromatic, Vanilla scent created for Men in 2015 by perfumers Pierre Negrin and Fabrice Pellegrin.
Review
This scent is summer in a bottle. Warmer, Fougere style notes tame the sweetness of Vanilla in the base, and an added touch of Orange Brandy creates warmth. It’s that moment of peace while enjoying a beverage at a seaside restaurant while watching the sun set and basking in those final moments of warmth. While sweet and warm, longevity is ample. This scent is safe for the office, and can be worn in any setting, whether casual or formal, and can be worn in any season. It is comparable to Memo Italian Leather and Initio Rehab. Inspiration
Sunshine Man encompasses a perfect summer moment. Driving along the coast, you can feel the warm rays of the sun as your senses are taken over by the sweet, earthy essences of the salty sea in the air. The wind twirls these essences around you over and over again, and you are in a moment of pure bliss.
Notes
Vanilla and Tonka Bean are found in the base of this scent, but can be felt from beginning to end here. Lavender and Everlasting Flower create a subtle floral essence while the addition of Orange Brandy adds a smooth warmth to the composition. Bergamot, Juniper Berry and Clary Sage add a fougere style earthy quality, while crisp Cedarwood adds a subtle touch of earth and depth.
