This scent is sweet and tart with an opening of Frozen Lemon, Mango and Strawberry Leaf. A hear of Chantilly Cream, Coconut Rape(shredded Coconut) and Ginger Crumble keep things sweet and dessert-like. The base of Musc and woods add a warmth that tones things down a little, but the scent remains sweet regardless. It borders somewhere between an aroma of shaved ice, sorbet and moist cake. The Lemon and Mango keep things bright and sweet throughout the dry down, and almost make your mouth water. It goes from smelling like you opened a fresh pastry box, to feeling like you’re catching the aromas of a bakery down the road. The intensity definitely mellows out, becoming more Musky later, but it remains a very indulgent scent, very Gourmand, very desserty. This is the perfect scent for those who love Gourmand scents that actually smells like a dessert. It is a scent that anyone and everyone can wear. It has a bit more of a casual vibe to it, but can work most any time, place or occasion. It can work in any season, but feels best suited for the Spring and Summer season. It has a fun vibe that will lift your mood always. It just smells like dessert on the skin!
Inspiration
Keep Glazed is inspired by Ksenia Penkina, known as “The Glazing Queen”. She teaches pastry classes and is renowned for her beautiful glazed cakes.
Notes
This scent opens with the bright and tart essences of Frozen Lemon and Mango. The strawberry Leaf blends into the sweetness of Chantilly Cream, Coconut Rape and Ginger Crumble, and the combination is like you’re wearing dessert. Musc and Precious Woods help to add depth to the scent, and tone down some of the sweetness, but it remains sweet and dessert-like throughout the dry down.
