Shipping Information

Standard ground shipping is FREE for all purchase over $50, across the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii.  Just select the free shipping option from the pull down menu when checking out. Additional shipping options are as follows:

United States  Standard Ground – 2-9 business days = FREE

United States  UPS 3 Day Air – 2-3 business days = $18.00

United States  UPS 2nd Day Air – 2-3 business days = $26.00

United States  UPS Next Day Air* – 1-2 business day = $40.00

P.O. Boxes will be shipped US Mail.

Alaska & Hawaii packages will be shipped US Mail** for the complimentary shipping option. For faster delivery, please select an alternative at checkout. A $10 surcharge will apply to any Alaska and Hawaii air shipments.

Orders over $200 may require an in-person signature at the time of delivery. You can waive this requirement by accepting all responsibility for the package and noting in the comments or order instruction section that you would like the package sent with no signature required for delivery.

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or packages lost after shown as delivered by the the shipping carrier.

*Next Day orders must be placed by 12 noon PST Monday-Friday to be shipped same business day.

Shipping outside the US: Customs fees, processing fees, taxes, and duties are paid for by the customer. Please be sure to refer to your country's Customs and Import Regulations before placing your order as perfume imports may be restricted.

International shipping is done via USPS, and will transfer to your country's shipping service. Tracking may show as delivered once it makes it to the facility where it trades services. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking info for updates once it starts moving with the secondary service.
