This scent is immediately refreshing and slightly tart, opening with Blood Orange, Tangerine, Bergamot, and a nice sparkly pop from Pink Pepper and Ginger. The scent remains bright as a gentle earthiness sets in with Musk, Patchouli and Ambergris. The Ambergris becomes more prominent in the dry down, giving the finish of this scent a sultry warmth. It has a ‘crowd pleasing’ element to it, but is not quite so simple. There is definitely something appealing and attractive about it. It is earthy and fresh, with the citruses keeping things bright and invigorating. It feels like the essence of citruses in the air as you take in the sunrise over a field on a warm Summer morning. It feels effortless and elegant at the same time. It is a scent that can be worn in any season, and for any occasion. It is very wearable in an office setting, and can be dressed up for formal occasions. It has a slight masculine lean to it, and can be worn by anyone who likes a unisex-leaning-masculine style. It has a similar style to Hacivat from Nishane.
Inspiration
Emerald Green takes inspiration from Queen Victoria’s Emerald Parure, her beloved tiara designed by Prince Albert. It is a timeless and elegant scent that embodies the opulence of the legendary couple.
Notes
This scent opens with a bright and invigorating citrus blend of Blood Orange, Tangerine and Bergamot. Pink Pepper and Ginger add a nice, almost sparkly pop, intensifying the freshness. Jasmine lies under the surface here, never really adding any kind of floral element, but adding to the density of the scent. Patchouli and Ambergris add an earthy warmth, with the Amber’s warm and sultry nuance lasting throughout the dry down. White Musk finishes this scent with a subtle wispy elegance.
