Kronos

Kronos is a spicy, floral, powdery scent created in 2018 by Paolo Terenzi. Part of the “Titans Collection”, it is one of 8 scents that is inspired by the origins of the world, and the Titans and Titanides who represent the profound forces that determined nature and her rules.

Review

This scent is soft, but unforgettable. It is fresh and aromatic with a subtle sweetness and a subtle depth. A bouquet of delicate flowers is blended with the gentle spice of Black Pepper, the soft warmth of Amber and a woody blend that is both rich and soft with Sandalwood and Cambodian Oud. A final note of Vanilla adds a layer of subtle sweetness that keeps the delicate essences lasting, and mellows the richer notes, all without making this scent become 'Vanilla'. The Oud is soft and almost a background note that keeps all of the lighter notes lifted and lasting. Overall there is a lightness to this scent that creates a casual elegance. It has a very gentle masculine lean to its style, but it is a scent that anyone can wear. Though it has a more intimate feeling on the skin, it's Extrait concentration will make it last on the skin. It is a great scent for any time, place or occasion you have on your calendar and will work well in any season. Inspiration

This scent was inspired by Kronos, the most famous of all the Titans. He is known as the God of Time, and fathered quite a few of the famous Gods and Goddesses of Greek Mythology.

Notes

We begin with a burst of soft flowers of both Iris and Orris, Carnation and Orange Blossom. Rose takes over next, enveloped by Cinnamon, Black Pepper and Amber. We finish with the warmth of Sandalwood, Musk and Cambodian Oud developing into a Vanilla dry-down.
