Review
This scent opens with a sweetness that is almost like candy, leaning towards a Taffy-like aroma, from the blend of Passion Fruit and Hibiscus. It very quickly develops a lipstick-like aroma, which comes from the Orris in the heart. As things dry down, the Orris becomes more subtle, becoming a background note that plays effortlessly with the Hibiscus note in the dry down. You can smell the Salted Caramel note in the background, and while you can smell the subtle essence of it once it settles, this scent never fully goes Gourmand. The Frankincense and Sandalwood add a depth, and Cypriol a very gentle earthy/grassy essence, that helps with the intensity of the scent and keeps things lasting. As everything balances out, this scent becomes warm, earthy and floral with a very faint hint of a tropical, kind of creamy, essence. It almost has a vibe like you’re enjoying fruity cocktails in a very warm, tropical place surrounded by jungle and flowers. It feels very suitable for all seasons, and will work well for pretty much any time, place or occasion, easily being dressed up or down. It does have a flirty, casually elegant essence to it that is very appealing and will last forever on the skin. It has been compared to Giorgio Armani Power of You. Notes
This scent opens with a candy-like sweetness from a blend of Passion Fruit, Bergamot and Hibiscus. Next the Orris sets in, giving the scent a lipstick or cosmetic aroma which feels like it’s going to take over the scent profile, but eventually fades into the background. Though the Salted Caramel is found in the opening of the scent, it becomes more noticeable after the scent has begun to dry on the skin. For a faint moment, it almost smells like a real, chewy, Salted Caramel candy, but then it softens and lies just under the surface. Frankincense, Sandalwood and grassy Cypriol add an earthy depth that mostly feels like they boost all of the other notes and add a warm depth. The Salted Caramel note, while not completely detectable, seems to keep a sweet warmth lingering to the end as the Vanilla finishes off the scent. Overall this is a warm, earthy, floral scent that will captivate the senses.Â
