Soleil is a sweet, fruity, lactonic scent created for Women in 2019, Soleil as a collaboration between perfumers Alexandra Monet, Benoist Lapouza and Barbara Zoebelain.
Review
This scent is sweet and warm, and fills your senses with sunshine. Its gourmand nuances create a flirty essence that will lift your mood and brighten your day. It is safe enough for the office, but is best suited for running errands, enjoying time with friends, or for a fun date night. It can be worn in all seasons, and has incredible longevity and sillage. It has been compared to D&G The Only One, YSL Black Opium, and Guerlain La Petite Robe Noire Eau Fraiche.
Inspiration
Soleil is inspired by the glory of the sun shining and the golden hues of another beautiful day. The bottle mimics the shining rays of the morning sunrise; the coloring of the juice, the first golden light of the day. It comes adorned with a golden bracelet, inspired by a pair of earrings created by Rene Lalique for a 1927/28 Art Deco collection.
Notes
This scent begins with a burst of Mandarin, some Bitter Almond, and a hint of delicately spicy Cardamom. A note of Caffe Latte infuses a subtle Coffee nuance with the sweetness of Pear Granita and a burst of Jasmine, creating a layer of decadence. Sultry Musks blend with sweet Pink Praline and the warmth of creamy Sandalwood, adding the perfect amount of depth.
