This scent immediately feels bright, sweet with an almost milky essence, and soft. The gently powdery essence of Mimosa pairs well with the creamy vibes of Ylang Ylang, the cream and powdery essence of Iris, and the sweet essence of Vanilla. Musk in the base adds just the right amount of warmth. It feels like sweet sunshine on the skin. It feels both lactonic and solar, and beautifully represents a happy energy. While it is a unisex scent, it has a very prominent overall floral feel with a sweet and creamy soul. It has a carefree energy that makes it perfect for any time, place, occasion, or setting, both casual and formal. It will work well in any season, but feels very bright and summery. Latte Mimosa is an ode to the Mimosa Flower. This flower typically represents the Sun, and is a sunshiny floral scent with a delicate, yet creamy, nuance.
Notes
Mimosa is felt immediately and given a bright boost from Bergamot. Jasmine adds its unmistakable floral essence to the mix, remaining just under the surface, miraculously never stealing the show from the delicate essence of Mimosa. This may be because the creamy essence of Ylang Ylang, and the dual cream and powdery essence of Iris helps to keep the Mimosa thriving in all the right ways. The creamy and woody essence of Sandalwood helps to keep things smooth and adds a nice layer of depth to the dry down. Vanilla comes in at the end, continuing to help keep the smooth, creamy, and sweet tones of this scent going until the end. A final note of Musk adds to the subtle depth that the Sandalwood brings, and adds a faint, wispy, finish to the scent.
