In10sive Lust is a sweet, spicy, Amber scent created for Men and Women in 2024 by perfumer Ashley Moff.
Review
This scent is yummy. It opens with a Chocolate Covered Strawberry note that is softened with a hint of Lemon and Champaca Flower. A double layer of Amber adds warmth and a blend of Cardamom and Cinnamon, both naturally sweet in their own way, adds a soft infusion of spice that plays well with the sweet essence of the scent. Patchouli and Leathery Labdanum add depth to the base of the scent, never becoming too rich or intense, as Praline and Tonka Bean keep the sweetness going through to the end. This scent captures the true aroma of Chocolate Covered Strawberries in a very subtle way, and the spices and warm base notes keep things from feeling juvenile in any way. Though this scent is sweet, it has a sensual side. It is not simply a dessert-like Gourmand scent, it is complex and luxurious and enveloping. It is enticing in a way that will make those around you want to come in closer for a deeper sniff. It is a scent that can be worn to the office, but feels much better suited for any other time, place or occasion. It has a fun and flirty side, as well as a sensual and ‘come hither’ side to it. It has a little bit of a casual elegance to it, but feels formal as well, and can be dressed up or down easily. It can be worn in just about any season, and while it will feel more quiet and intimate on the skin, it will last. It is comparable to fragrances like Mon Parfum from M. Micallef and Minuit Et Demi from Fragrance du Bois. TRY THIS SAMPLE AND LET US KNOW WHAT YOU THINK!
Inspiration
In10sive Lust takes inspiration from the sweet indulgences of life, and the idea that a fragrance can satisfy your sweet tooth just as well as any dessert.
Notes
This scent opens with a note of Chocolate Covered Strawberries that feels pretty realistic, but remains soft and subtle when paired next to Fresh California Lemon and Champaca Flower. Amber and Ambroxan add a smooth warmth while Cardamom and Spiced Cinnamon add their sweet and spicy essence, which gives the scent a nice zing that pairs well with the soft Chocolatey essence. Dark Patchouli and Leathery Labdanum come in at the base. They do not make anything too intense, too Patchouli or too Leathery, but simply add depth and help with longevity. This is likely due to the fact that these richer notes are followed by Praline and Warm Tonka Bean, which keep the sweetness of the overall scent going all the way to the end.Â
