Review
This scent starts off warm, almost like you’re smelling the base notes first. Musk, Vanilla Bean, Sandalwood and Amber create a sweet and warm essence that feels cozy and enveloping. Slowly you smell the familiar essence of the Coconut Milk, followed closely by a tropical floral blend of Gardenia, Jasmine and Tiare Flower. If you close your eyes, it almost feels like you’re breathing in the warm night air of some tropical paradise. Lemon can be felt just under the surface, adding a hint of brightness, but this scent is pretty much all sweet, warm, creamy floral. Even though it’s very floral, and leans a little feminine with the Jasmine essence, it’s a scent that can be worn by anyone who loves tropical floral fragrances. Its tropical essence has Summer vibes, but it can be worn in any season. It has a casual elegance to it that makes it easy to dress up or down, and can be worn any time, place or occasion. Playmate was inspired by the intoxicating warmth of a lover’s skin. It plays on the comfortability of your companion in life, as well as your companion in the game of Chess, your ‘playmate’.
