Crystal Noir is a floral, oriental, creamy scent created for Women in 2004 by perfumer Antoine Lie.

Review

This scent is refreshing with a sensual twist. Cardamom and Ginger add a sparkling sharpness to the sweet essences of a heart of Gardenia, Peony, and Orange Blossom. Amber and Musk bring a delicate mysterious quality to the finish. The sweetness and lightness makes you feel delicate and timelessly feminine, and as the gentle touches of warmth and darkness set in, you want to run wild and free and be someone’s manic-pixie-dream-girl. This is a scent that can easily be worn to the office, and will work well for any casual or formal occasion on your agenda. It has a Springtime feel to it, but can be worn in any weather and any season. Inspiration

Crystal Noir is modeled after a gleaming black jewel atop a pedestal. Its dark color evokes the fragrance name, Black Crystal, and catches the eye as well as the senses.

Notes

Cardamom, Pepper, and Ginger bring a sparkling essence that darkens and brightens a floral heart of Gardenia, Peony, and Orange Blossom. The sweetness becomes smooth and creamy with a hint of a mysterious nature. Amber and Sandalwood bring a gentle warmth that deepens everything, and a final touch of Musk adds a sultry essence to the overall composition. (Coconut is listed in the Eau de Toilette version, but not the Eau de Parfum).
