Dia Man is a woody, Amber, floral scent created for Men in 2002 by perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour.
Review
This scent is soft and spicy with a mild aldehydic finish. Orangey Bigarade blends with spices and flowers and a woody, Ambery finish for a scent that is elegant and mature. It is suitable for the office, but even better suited for formal occasions, or times when you want to make an impression. It has been compared to many of the classic Guerlain scents, such as Heritage and Habit Rouge, as well as Prada’s Amber Pour Homme and YSL’s La Nuit de L’Homme.
Inspiration
Dia Man is an eclectic Chypre inspired by the natural wonders of Oman. From the rich, dry deserts with their hidden oasis’, to the dense and damp essence of the Monsoon, Dia Man encompasses an elegant subtlety of the Eastern world.
Notes

An Aldehydic dry down begins with a floral bouquet of Peony, Ylang Ylang, and Orris with a softly sweet Plum note. A grassy Vetiver note blends with woody tones of Patchouli and Palisander, and the lasting warmth of Leather and Amber.
