Epic Woman is a spicy, floral, oriental scent created for Women in 2009 by perfumers Cecile Zarokian, Daniel Maurel, and Angeline Leporini.
Review
This scent is spicy, opulent, and bold. A blast of spices turns into an elegant warm floral. This scent can be worn any time or place, but is suited best for cooler months and evening occasions. It is comparable to Memo French Leather, and has been compared to Lalique Perles in its dry down.
Inspiration
Epic Woman is inspired by the Silk Road, trade routes used between Europe and China over 600 years ago. You can imagine caravans of traders trekking across desert lands, exchanging language, culture and history.
Notes
A burst of spices catches you off guard at first. Cumin, Pink Pay and Cinnamon invade your senses before quickly parting, making way for a floral procession. Rose, Geranium and Jasmine give way to a hint of Tea, and a calming sensation. Rose lingers as the warmth of Amber and Musk comes in. A blend of Guaiac Wood and Oud blend with smoky Frankincense. The softer essences of Orris and Vanilla help the woods from becoming too intense.
