This scent is elegant and charismatic with gentle nuances of Vanilla, Cinnamon, and Amber, with light touches of Citrus. It definitely feels like Fall in a bottle. It’s sweet, but not too sweet, with a subtle warmth. and will work well for both Men and Women. At times, it recalls a sweet, hot beverage, or some sort of creamy, chewy, candy. But it also has the faint aroma of a Fougere-leaning scent with sweet and creamy nuances. It feels both casual and professional at the same time, and will work well in both settings. It is light enough to wear to the office, as well as on a chilly afternoon walk, drinks with friends, or on date night. It is very suitable for Fall and Winter, as well as the early Spring months. Inspiration
Althair is an homage to a universal note in the world of perfume: Vanilla. Specifically Bourbon Vanilla. This Vanilla gets its name from the fact that it grows on the Island of La Reunion, also known as Bourbon Island.
Notes
Bourbon Vanilla lives in the heart of this fragrance, but can be felt immediately within the opening, and lingers perfectly all the way down to the base. Orange Blossom and Bergamot add a light freshness to this scent, mellowing a touch of Cinnamon that still lets itself be known. Ambrox adds a beautiful, Ambery nuance to this scent while Guaiac Wood adds the perfect amount of depth without becoming too woody. Praline keeps the sweetness going while Musk adds a gentle sultry quality that keeps things appealing.
