Amethyst Eclat is a soft, fruity, floral scent created for Women in 2014 by perfumer Nathalie Lorson.
Review
This scent is sweet and soft, and a great scent for young girls just beginning their fragrance journey, or for women looking for something delicate and feminine. The blend of Musks and Berries makes it the perfect Spring/Summer scent that is suitable for any occasion, and is just what you want when you’re looking for a mood boosting scent to invigorate the senses. Though it is an Eau de Parfum, it is very soft and may not last long enough for those who are deep into their scent journeys. It is comparable to its original counterpart, Amethyst, and has been compared to Yves Saint Laurent Parisienne.
Inspiration
Like its original counterpart, Amethyst Eclat takes inspiration from Rene Lalique’s ‘Epines’ (Thorns) collection, created in 1920.
Notes
A lush and bright blend of Blackcurrant, Pear, and Raspberry brings a delicate sweetness to the opening of this scent. A blooming bouquet of Bulgarian Rose, Magnolia and Peony adds a softness that tempers any tartness from the fruits. Blackberry sits at the top of the base, segueing the heart perfectly into a thread of sultry Musks and Violet Woods that warm this composition lightly.
Top Notes: Blackcurrant, Nashi Pear, Raspberry
