Delox is a Floral Woody Musk fragrance created for Men and Women in 2017 by perfumer Paolo Terenzi.
Review
Delox by Tiziana Terenzi is a great addiction to the amber rose's perfumes with coffee. The honey note, just in itself, is rounder than the sweetness in Mancera's Roses Vanille, but then there are other lovely additions - the resinous quality, the hints of cedar which ground the coffee/vanilla/rose scent. It is so gorgeous, so expensive smelling, so nuanced that you will keep smelling your wrist. It's a bit heavy for summer, but you won’t stop wearing it. Delox is a Gourmand lovers dream. It's like Montale's Intense Cafe but much better longevity than Intense Cafe! Try this sample and let us know what you think!
Inspiration
Delox extrait de parfum is inspired by sailing around the Cyclades Islands of the Greek archipelago. The strong aroma of coffee, made in an ancient “moka”, floats through the crisp morning air, penetrated by the iridescent light reflected in the sea. The gaze immediately hurtles towards that infinite blue, framed by plants and flowers with a strong scent, made even sweeter and more mellow by the faraway reverberation of scents of honey and sweet amber resin.
Notes
The hypnotic force of white hyacinth, combined with the opulence of royal iris and ecstasy rose, surrenders itself to the embrace of sweet myrrh and roasted coffee, against a fine background of amber and cypress notes, mellowed by hints of honey. The entire combination is enhanced by the strong hint of Lebanese cedar wood. How wonderful it is to awaken, wrapped in the wonder of discovery, retracing our past in order to see a clearer reflection of our future!
Top notes: Coffee, White Hyacinth and iris.
Middle notes: Turkish Rose, Vanilla and Opoponax.
Base notes: Honey, White Musk, Amber and Cedar.
