Figment Man is an earthy, animalic, woody scent created in 2017 by perfumer Annick Menardo.
Review
This scent is complex and intriguing. The twists and turns from fresh to dark will keep you guessing as Lemon blends into Sandalwood that blends into animalic and earth tones. It is safe enough for the office and can be worn any time, any place, and in any setting or season.
It is comparable to Christian Provenzano's Santal Indien, and has been compared to Yves Saint Laurent Kouros and the original Zoologist Bat.
Inspiration
Figment Man takes inspiration from the epic story of the search for Shangri-La. Like a figment of the imagination, it awakens the curiosity of the unknown and takes you on a grand adventure.
Notes
Fresh Lemon and bright Pink Pepper blend with the warm floral nuance of Geranium. Sandalwood is lifted with an Animalic Accord and sweetened slightly with a touch of grassy Vetiver. A warm base of Labdanum, Guaiac Wood and an Earthy Accord create depth and longevity.
