Review
This scent is immediately fruity and light. Lemon brightens the juicy essences of Pomegranate and Green Apple, and adds a gentle pop to a floral bouquet of Rose, Jasmine, and Wisteria. Geranium adds to the floral components, as well as give the composition a gentle, earthy depth. While it is a unisex scent, its sweetness makes it lean slightly feminine in essence. It has a flirtatious vibe to it that keeps you energized and happy. It can be worn any time, place, or occasion, and in any season or weather. Coming in a pure oil Attar, only a few drops are needed to last your day or night. It feels slightly similar to something along the lines of Parfums de Marly Layton blended with Ani X from Nishane, but really is its out fruity, musky scent.
Inspiration
One translation of Uswa is “Light”, and this is a scent that has an energy to it that will sweep you off your feet and carry you into nirvana.
The bottle resembles a Mughal Dynasty bronze jewel, saturated in exquisite color.
Notes
The fruity essences of this scent are immediately prominent. The Pomegranate and Green Apple do note particularly stand out on their own, but blend together effortlessly as “fruity”. Lemon gives a gentle pop as the fruits are enveloped by Rose, Jasmine, and Wisteria. The scent becomes bountiful…a beautiful blend of fruits and flowers. The Geranium adds a gentle, earthy touch that brings depth to a scent that remains fairly light while lasting.
