With only one location, in Seattle, WA, coming into Parfumerie Nasreen to shop is not always an option.
We are happy to do phone or email consultations if you need help with finding something new, or if you want options for new scents to try.
On our website, you can order both samples or full size products. Even if there’s only one single sample you want, you can order just one:) Any order that is $50+ gets free shipping, and there are no taxes applied when shipping outside of Washington State(*ShopPay now charges tax based on your area). Everything we have in store is also available online.
Additionally, for every $50 you spend, you get one free sample. There is an option to choose your samples, otherwise we will include samples of scents we think you’ll like based on what you have ordered. AND, with full size bottles, if there are any gift-with-purchases we have available, we will automatically include them with your order.
Orders that are comprised of just samples are mailed in a bubble lined envelope and will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
Orders with full size bottles get shipped in an appropriate sized plain brown box, loaded with packing peanuts for safety, and lots of “Fragile” stickers. Sometimes, for an added layer of safety, we will also wrap items in bubble wrap as well. These orders will also include one sample of the fragrance you have ordered, just in case things don’t work out.
Every order gets a hand-written ‘Thank You’ note, whether it’s a quick “Thanks! Enjoy!”, or a little more personalized based on what we have included with your order.
Once we have everything processed, we will add the tracking information and send you the shipping confirmation. Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada will always be shipped via USPS. Most everything else will be shipped via UPS.
In most cases, we fulfill orders the same day, depending on how late in the day they come through our system.
The essential breakdown for shipping is:
West Coast: Generally 1-3 Business Days
East Coast: Around 5-6 Business Days
Middle US: Around 2-4 Business Days
Canada: 10-12 Business Days
While Canada is currently the only area we ship internationally to, any US Territory, including APO/FPO addresses, can be shipped to via USPS.
We do have a 30-day return policy, wherein you can return or exchange a fragrance as long as everything is unopened, unused, and cellophane intact. For this reason, we include at least one sample of the fragrance you have purchased, so that you can try it before opening the packaging. We do not do any returns or exchanges on samples or discovery sets, and we will not take back any items that have been opened.
We also provide complimentary gift wrapping, upon request, in the event that your item is a gift.
There is also an option to sign up for our monthly emails, which will include any fragrance news or updates, like price increases, discontinuations or new items, sales and promos, and any special gifts.
